Don't you wish everyone was as smart as you so they'll stop blowing money on retarded shit like that? No one needs this type of education...people should do just exactly what they have been doing, opening up dispensaries without following rules and guidelines and give the ones that are doing it correctly a bad name or put them in a stereo type with drug dealers who all of the sudden got smart.
