Just about every dispensary parking lot in the OC is like a DEAD show. People need to respect, the OC will be one of the last to solve the MMJ problem, because OC patients do not care as long as they have kush.

Then you will eventually be able to begin to go to the OC for your meds.

Rep Power: 198387 | Re: potdispensaries welcome;laguna woods The city of Laguna Woods is actually Leisure World, I believe. So it sounds to me like the intent is to keep all the co-op activity within the existing senior community. I'm wondering if they'll grow their own there? This would be like the model of the closed loop co-op concept. |

Keep the co-op within the community and keep the prices to a minimum. I guess this means it's time to apply as a live-in caretaker for the elderly.

Rep Power: 3464 | Re: potdispensaries welcome;laguna woods Not a bad idea in my opinion - if and I mean IF the pricing were comparable throughout the state. I would love to be FORCED to buy my meds within 2 or 3 miles of my home versus having to go to LA for better pricing. (Actually since I work in LA I am already up here, but if I am only driving to LA for my for meds alone, the gas actually makes it as exspensive as some OC prices.) Also, on a humourous note - isn't better that those old people stay in thier own area especially if they are medicating. I mean old people drive bad enough as it is, do we really want them driving farther then necessary? (and before you flame away old people - this paragraph is meant in complete jest as I one day plan on being old and medicated.) Back to seriousness, If more cities took this approach and we had a good pricing structure, I don't really see anything wrong with the "collectives or Coops" being private. But it also lends it self to price gouging as there is no where else to go so you are forced to be at the mercy of the "coop owner(s)" etc. Otto |

Rep Power: 3292 | Re: potdispensaries welcome;laguna woods Seniors on pot. I love it. Put's a new twist on having a senior moment. Did I forget because I was high or because I am old. Huh, what was the question. Where are my teeth. Puff, puff. Hey you kids with that music, turn it up. |
