ADDA Sues Cooley, Claims Retaliation for Exercising Rights

Here is an article about how Cooley is attempting to bust the Deputy D.A.'s union. I find this disgusting. Cooley is a cowboy, and thinks Los Angeles is Marlboro Country. Sorry to my Republican friends, but Cooley is pushing a right wing agenda agenda on us. Public employees are allowed to unionize, and should not get retaliated on by management for doing so. Now Cooley wants us patients to go enrich street dealers, and put thousands out of work. In his zeal for his private culture war, he is undermining economic growth and trying to destroy a reliable tax base.

I can't believe Angeleno's put up with this guy. It's like Dumanis' twin, only even more stupid and just as bad. Just like Dumanis, Cooley's 180 on MMJ soon as they were elected took people by surprise. Politicians have relied on the voters responding to ads targeted for a 12you intellect and having a memory of about 6 days. It is way past time to get rid of these money sucking, mother frightening, blackholes out of our sight.

The MMJ movement, ASA, etc has done a good job of convincing the press (esp LA Times) and the LA City Council that this guy is a buffoon.

After all, it's all about following the money... cops are pissed! The money they used to get from "dopers" to add to their college funds is now ending up in the hands of entrepreneurs with lawyers.

That is why they don't die! So they hire fronts like Cooley

The more these guys like Cooley open their mouths, the more idiotic they sound. Have you guys read today's article about how he will continue to prosecute -- the guy makes no logical sense however. He will prosecute a law which doesn't exist? LOL. It looks like he is prosecuting just for the hell of it to save face.

I think other politicians finally realize the only reason he is sticking to his guns is because of the funding from the cops unions who want to keep the cash money they consistently get from raids.

Cooley's arguments makes no sense unless you are the most die-hard communist (then again, even Stalin would laugh at his logic. Wasn't there money exchanged in the former Soviet Union?).

Again -- its all about the money. States defacto legalize MMJ because they want the tax money. Cops make s-- up so they can keep the pot money instead of the entrepreneurs.

Let's get them on the ropes and NOT let up. Wounded, cornered, and desperate they may be, but I believe they can still bite back venomously. Not the time to celebrate or lower our collective guard.

Unfortunately, you can't really recall a D.A. for interpretating case law, or not interpretating case law. Cooley is no dummy, he is a cold and calculating politician with an agenda. His loyalties are for sale. A cursory look at his campaign website will tell you that.
