The only thing that gave the idea of a constitiution merit is to be a means to protect your right to your life, liberty and property (the pursuite of happyness).

And is the only valid reason for its ( a constitution) existance/authority.

And the use (religious, medical, recreational etc.) of mj is irrevalent with freedom, and no one has the right to deny this freedom.

No one ever has the right to initate theft, force or fraud.

The only valid reason for force is in self-defence from someone who would do the above.

And it does'nt matter your groups race, sex, culture, geografic location, numbers, badges or titles.

No one else's opionions on these matters are valid, its axiomatic.

Hmm well no concrete info on the exact reason... Probation Violation seems like a charge they'd love to attack with. I'd imagine you have to have your life in order to run a dispensary and not get in hot water. I can't even imagine the legal implications. What LEO were involved?
