It's on the "News", owners of clubs where arrested if "on-site" and a "warrant, if not". They "allegedly" sold to "under-covers" providing "fake" documentation with "false" Dr. info.
Basicly the under covers went to said locations and presented fake papers. The clubs didn't bother to verify the Dr.with the state board. Most clubs only verify the patient. Lesson learned.
