Since Mexico has decriminalized drugs (personal use) ,there will be an influx of American tourists taking US$ across the border for personal drug use ~ thus ,Mexico gets rewarded due to US draconian drug laws ~

IMHO ,US Administration will counter and decriminalize soft(maryjane) drugs verry sooon ~ the 'war on drugs' is all but over now ~ the law of the land will be watch your own back (has anyone tried dialing 911 lately ? ~ a joke ,lucky to get an answer in 10-15 min) ~ hav peeps noticed the 'limited' # of LAPD units patrolling (temp furloughs) ~

Cali ,the best weather ,beautiful properties ,freewill peeps ,But no one at the 'WHEEL' ~ that is all
