I think the laws classify MMJ users as less than competent if you read into this. So personal use is under 5 grams but if you are 'caught' (because if you have MMJ you must be evading the law) 5 times you are an addict by default?

I can prove it is not addictive. Sponsor a round the world cruise for me and a 'witness' and I will abstain from using cannabis in any way for the entire time. Then see if my 'heartrate' is standard; kind of like super high me or whatever.I have used cannabis near daily for over 25 years minus some vacations here and there. I never felt a withdraw symptom from cannabis. Doesn't mean we are addicted because we use it and enjoy it. The term 'addict' is a lie, flat out. Don't fall for that hype that they make ou feel guilty and claim you are an addict because you CHOOSE to use cannabis in lieu of other substances, whatever they might be. harrumph. What other substance has a discussion board about its benefits and ways it has eased the difficulties each certain case would bring up? Paxil? Lavender Oil? Lol?
