I Value everyone's opinion on weedtracker, it is my direct connection to the MMJ world. I sit at my computer for hours reading patient reviews good or bad. Everyone loves good review's, I found some of the most compassionate co ops through patient review's on weedtracker. But i also like to read the bad review's, i learn alot from bad reviews and what other weedtrackers have to say about them. I visited a co op yesterday( I cant say who till i get my pm back from admin) and i had a bad experience. The co op was totally in the wrong and last night i took the time to write my experience for all u weedtrackers to lend your opinion. I was very detailed and did not break any posting rules(cussing etc.. not my style) 30 min. later I got a pm from the co op telling me to stop bashing them... I checked on my post and it was gone:thumbdown:. Can i get some opinion's? should i leave it alone? or is it wrong for a co op to censor their forum to make themselves look better?? If i get enough responses ill post my first time visit here... Thank you guys:thumbup:

it is completely wrong for a coop to have a post removed from their forum cause it is a bad review. I didn't think that the admins would do that but I dont know. But anyways, if I knew a coop had a negative review removed I would not visit their place as that says a lot about their reputation.

Somehow you must have broken the rules. They do not delete negative reviews for being negative.

I too have found some great places here based on patient reviews. I wouldn't want to think WT might delete a bad review. I guess co ops probably do pay for these banners and get some consideration because of it. If that is however the case, I would not only not visit the co op but likely cease to visit WT, I'd be bummed beyond words but it's the principal of the issue.

THANK YOU! I WAS SHOCKED!!! WHEN I SAW IT DELETED!!! I sent a pm to ladyknight about the situation... As soon as she gets back to me i'm going to post their name and exactly how my first visit was... the visit wasn't horrible at all, it was just not too good. but the fact that they DELETED IT is what i want WTers to know...

No I didn't break a rule.. they were able to delete it because i didnt start a new thread about it , i posted it under one of their threads.

I think it's wrong, unless you are violating WT rules - like cussing or rudely/personally attacking someone that works there or recommending another spot in their forum. As long as it is done in good taste, a fair review is what WT is all about. Patients look for diffirent things from places, so it's ok if you can't please EVERYONE, all of the time. I always appreciate a PM from an unhappy patient allowing us to rectify a situation, before they post in forums. However, I feel patients should speak out - sometimes they are unreasonable and sometimes it's vital feedback that allows the collective to make improvements. There is a thin line between a detailed review and bashing on a spot - we do work hard and no one likes to hear negative feedback. :crying: Regardless, feedback and reviews are what this site is built on and even I use them to find new spots when I'm on the road. My advice as a collective, take ALL the feedback and try to learn from it...my $0.02 :blush:

We have a user privacy policy which does not allow any staff member to discuss what happens or doesn't happen to a person's account. I suggest you wait until the Admin can respond to your concerns. Blasting the issue on the boards is not a good way to discuss what did or did not happen between the parties involved in this matter.

the WT staff does not remove negative posts just because the posts are negative.

posts/threads are only removed for violating the Forum Rules.
