And the sad part is it is coming from locations not the patients. You used to be able to say what your opinion was and now it seems like folks do not want to here it. I feel just so much disrespect is being tossed at patients lately! It does go both ways!! Am I wrong? Is it just me?  |

It has changed over the last few years badly! If people keep acting the way they have been and do not step back and look in the mirror it will go to shit. I have seen so much change for the worse. Where has the compassion gone? I know some of it is all the regulations, ordinances and moratorioum, but damn it is life folks do not take it out on patients. Well I sure hope it changes for the better soon. I will grow to help patients myself that need it!! I miss donating for events also!! Wheres the compassion everyone??? |

Friends can grow together if one can't do it at home it is fun and educational and just the best darn hobbie. If done mostly right you can have top shelf medicine after a couple a years in a back yard. If lucky good shit the first year. 6 each that's lots of meds. |

I've started a similar thread over co-op bashing, but yeah the co-op bash back, sometimes showing little to no respect to the patients. But yeah Walla I gotta agree, we all need to take a step back, look in the mirror and take a deep breath and realize that its the times that causeing the stress on everyone. We got alot of these young kids hitting up shop after shop for freebies all day and then bitching bout the quality and then bitching more when the club doesnt give them some top shelf the next time for free. It needs to stop. What happened to handshakes and smiles? |

Most of the negativity is the difference in opinions. Just because someone has a different opinion doesn't mean the door is open to flame wars. For the most part, we are all different with unique personalities. If we could just learn to RESPECT one another, the forums would be much more positive. Imagine if this was a pharmaceutical website.......arguing about whether my pain medication was better than yours or how could you pay that much for your oxcycontin compared to my darvocet or my pharmacist was rude to me!! Sounds ridiculous I know, but you get my point. I really believe it's all about respect. OK.....I'm off the soap box!! Peace everyone....  |

Well you have to figure a certain amount of "patients" aren't actually patients and they are looking for different things and different deals from Co-ops. Because of this it is likely starting to make it much harder to relate to the clubs for us real patients. |

Wait, dont get mad, yes there are some very legitamate reasons for many 18 year olds to be using cannabis but unfortionatly its alot of the younger folks that are giving places bad names for complaining over the freebies. Everyone using medicinal cannabis needs to act mature and respectable everywhere you are when you have you meds with you, act as a spokesperson for the legitamacy of this plant. To many "kids" are just going around getting "stoned", well thats fine and good, then stay on the street and buy from your buddies and leave the co-ops to real patients. Sorry, I ranted. | |

I have noticed if someone gives a bad review about a location, people are whining about the review like you should not tell the truth. It has changed so much lately on here. Remember folks the way we find out about places if they are shady, bad or good is by reviews!! |

I think people are just sorta generally walking around frustrated and angry, these are the toughest times our society has had in awhile, some people just suppress it better than others. It would also seem that there's a large contingent out there that have to vilify anyone with an opposing opinion. Usually resorting to stereotyping, assuming an awful lot about people from a few lines of text on a screen. I see that a lot. Seems to me a lot of people these days learned to bicker like "guests" on Jerry Springer rather than debate things in a more reasonable form, that might actually accomplish something. I personally try to avoid writing bad reviews and I've had my share of bad experiences. I personally will not rely solely on a couple bad reviews, if the menu looks good. Nor will I rely solely on good reviews as some of those I've seen, look kinda suspicious as well. I have no problem walking out empty handed if I get there and it looks shady. I did delete the text of a good review, a couple of months later. didn't bash the place, just didn't want to give them any help. The service level always left something to be desired, but the buds were great and the atmosphere was good. Then it just rapidly degenerated. Started seeing numerous bad reviews, then my experiences started matching up, almost exactly to theirs. Seemed like the best way to handle it? |
