Stupid bank robber's cash demand note contained his contact details

A bank robber in Utah should have taken more care with his note demanding cash.

Todd Markham used the reverse of a drug screening test form that contained his name, birthdate and social security number.

Police looked up his driving licence photo, compared it with CCTV footage and arrested him at home.
