Does there seem to be a massive influx of new users on WT since the troubles with Cooley started .?

Lately I have seen some long reviews from folks that have been on wt for 1 to 2 years and they only I have 1 or 2 posts kinda interesting!!

I'd say I am seeing more but I dont know if I can put the two together or not, I dont want to put em together. There definitly seems to be more people with no rep and no posts throwing random crappy reviews though.

I just reported one of them for posting untruthful information, using swear words, and shilling another dispensary on one dispensary's forum. I went and looked at his history of posts and yes, he's brand new, and his only posts rip dispensaries and promote others.

That could just be rival coops attacking each other. On this forum it only seems to take 1 or 2 negative reviews to kill everyones interest in a place on here, flaming is an easy way to deal with competition.

New User stats are following the same trend that started a few months ago, the average per day is 183. However, there is one outlier which was on Sept 28th. That day had 355 new user sign ups and 3303 new posts.

Yeah? Not impressed by the numbers. Wish they had gotten to the protest in those numbers after they registered for WT. Then I'd be impressed.

Everyone, I'm just trying to activate people to get involved beyond these forums. If all we do on these forums is to bitch, point out injustices, then at the end of the day all it amounts to is mental masturbation. Sure it feels good, but it will fail to produce fruit.

Posting is not the problem, but the follow through on the post that matters most!

I honestly can't think of anything at the moment. Might have coincided with the timing of an ad release. Maybe it was the most active shill day in wter history & we didn't know it till now. Or maybe Trackerbot went crazy again.

Will take a look further into it but like I mentioned previously, 28th is the exception. The site's registration and new posts stats have been relatively the same for almost 3 months.

As a matter of fact speaking for myself and whoever feels the same, yes. I joined because I was also part of voting for Proposition 215. I am hoping to find people that feel same as I do: If anyone does something stupid to ruin what I believe to be worthwhile to vote for, than its my responsibility as a supporter, voter, patient and pharmer to check you. I heard through the grapevine that this is the spot.
