well perhaps not many on WT are gonna attend but i know the mmj comunity is growing so yeah...cant wait to see all the bands playing this event. also hopping to meet some great vendors and shit....ill be taking some greatly grown GDP. straight from the north...meaning up here in my closet.hahaha..well hope to catch some of yall here...

great show!!!! i have to say that i loved it. i turned 55 on weds. and can still hip hop. went to the pit for kottenmouth kings. they were frickin top notch. cypress hill jammed. slipknot was, well slipknot. they rocked the show. there was so much marijuana smoke rising up from the crowd, i think that even the sheriffs were getting high. ha ha ha ha.

I went both days to the smoke out and it was sick. The first day it was cool to see Psychorealm, Geto Boys, Heiroglyphics(Causual made a comment saying what you guys on down here? He said they where on some black shit and when he says that I think he means the dank purple they smoke in the bay area) and Cypress Hill. I guess Scarface was not there with the Geto Boys because one of the Geto Boys(Willie D) said he was in trouble with the law. When Cypress came out B Real had his huge joint that he shared with Sen Dog and later B Real made a comment saying where still here and that they are trying to push us away and I think he was talking about the shit thats going on here in LA and how there trying to shut down the dispenseries. There was some guys I never heard before that seemed good and they where tech 9. The second day I was right in the front row and it was good to have something to lean on because it helped my back not hurt so much from standing. On the second day I liked DJ Muggs, Mix Master Mike, Living Legends Aesop came right next to me and some one gave him a joint to smoke, Immortal Technique and Bad Brains was fucking sick. I tried to be open minded towards the Kotton Mouth Kings but Im sorry but they ruined it for me when they actually have a song where they say stoners reaking havoc you know that SRH company and at the end of there show in between on of the songs they said over and over Family Family Family and I think they where talking about that other company Familly which I hate and which is another bro company. You know the bros with there lifted trucks rockin the Family sticker. Oh yeah and I cant forget Redman and Method Man because they now how to rock a show and before they left Redman said a comment about the weed in So Cal saying you guys got that OG flowing all day. The only thing is I wish I could have seen Cheech and Chong but they werent there the first day. What the fuck I thought they where supposed to be there both days? They where there the second day but I wasnt at that stage but its ok. And of course on boths days I snuck some weed in to the show. It was sketchy at first when I went up to the security I didnt know they didnt alow lighters in there so he was about to throw it away but I made an excuse and said I needed to go back to my car and when I did I just put the lighter in my shoe and snuck it in and when you got in the security guys where cool buy the front row because they didnt have a problem with people smoking weed at all and they seemed to like it acually like they are smokers themselves I mean it is the smokeout. I cant wait for the next smoke out and I will go again if I like the line up.

i love cypress and the whole give mmj a chance, but please peeps !!!
don't give the media a field day of video of youngsters going ape over meds ?? this is where all the ammo will come when they want to see who and what we as a community are doing !! I am all for a great time and experience!! I dj and bbq and spread a good message but i do see more and more patients with a car loads of people and man ?? i even wonder ??
Reminds me of high school and beer pitch ins before we head to the canyon ??
all i am saying is always go to functions !!,REPRESENT !! and have a great time!!! BE RESPONSIBLE!!! hope it was great !!

Yeah this was the first year attending this Festival and it was cool...friday was super warm, the pizza was wack, erbs where great...i gots my self a headache from over medicationg..blazing mucho...Saturday was great seeing Sublime set...It was great! got a glass piece taken away and a 2 gram joint...got my self a nice new glass piece inside was packing grams at a time.. .hahaha it was Dope!!! badass show....
