This was posted at my site by a member. I thought all would like to read how an Oregon police stop worked out. We deliver meds for free to members of my site. Cops can not figure out the scam. There is no scam.

I was winding through the curves on foster road this morning in my Lincoln with the blown out shocks in the back going slowly as its wet and I’ve got no license to drive on me. The car is insured in my name and registered in my name so I think I’m cool driving with the 3 foot plant in my trunk and a couple of grams of weed in my pocket. I’m heading to a new growers house and I have only been there once before. I have the cruise control set for 45 miles and hour. I come out of the curves and to a straight away going up hill and hit the resume on the cruise control. My car is so rough driving as there are no active shocks in the back. Ahead of me I see someone sitting in their driveway (looks like their waiting to pull out on to foster.) I pass them and continue on. So I see that the people in the black car are now behind me pretty close but I continue as its wet and I’m not going to speed up for them. The road comes to a T at hwy ** and I make a left there and the blue and red lights go off behind me. Well I know I don’t have a license so I slowly look for a legal place to park. Shut off engine and roll down the window.”Mr. Jones why are you driving without a license”? I say “well I have tried to get a license but they won’t accept me at the drug and alcohol course as I take pain killers and sleeping medicine.” Cop “are there any drugs or weapons in the car?” “Yes I say I have some weed.” “Where?” he says getting louder. “Why is your back end so low to the ground are there dead bodies back there?” before I answer he says “do you have a card for the marijuana?” Yes I say and hand him my stamped paperwork. ““Why are you way over here if your patient is on the other side of the county?”
I say “Well I just came from another grower’s house and got these two grams as a donation to give to her then I’m going over to another house to drop off a plant and do some general maintenance. “Well” he says “you can’t take MJ to another person house!” “Yes I can” I restate. “Pop the trunk and get out of the car””
“Turn around put your hands behind your back I am checking you for my own protection, you are not under arrest, come Eddie where’s your weapon? You know someone got their door kicked down yesterday over weed where’s your weapon? “I may have a knife in my tool bag in the trunk” I offer. He places the two grams on the roof and tells me too stand where I am at. He looks into the bag, and says” I’m going to call DHS and see if you can carry this plant to someone else house and if not your going to jail. 20 min later another cop rolls up and I figure…2nd cop comes over and starts talking about his dads Lincoln and his air shocks and how they drag and on and on, Finally 1st cop comes up different attitude “Mr. Jones my radar said you were doing 61 miles and hour but you did go thirty five through the curves, so we will call this even. But I am going to tow the car.” Why it’s insured, its registered I can get a legal driver here in two min.” “No that’s not how we do it here in Clackamas.”Hey” he says I gave you your phone call a ride. So I call HammsMan he two min away. They tell me its now ok to take the things I want out of the car but to leave the ignition key in it as it will save me 75.00 dollars. So there I am standing with four foot plant and my two grams of weed and HammsMan and Strider555 pull up. I tell them in front of the cops that there going to tow my car. HammsMan says “I can drive it I’m licensed?” “No were towing it!” I think your scamming me and now you’re walking away. So we are taking the car. But heres where it’s going and they tell me. Where it’s getting towed. All the while Strider555 is loading his car with my things including the plant!
These cops didn’t like the fact we were all leaving with the weed. And the last thing I told them was we had a thousand friends we could call on if we needed help and that they may have ruined my day, but tomorrow I would have my car back and be out there doing the same thing. He didn’t understand the donation part and asked me a few question about it and then concluded it was just a scam. They just couldn’t understand when I said we did it for no compensation, and that its for no consideration, that it was free, and we intended to close down the black market.
Lastly and most importantly is that before I left HammsMan house he had offered to take me around tomorrow morning and help get it back. We have the money and we have the best friends I have ever had before. Thank you Strider555 for the ride home, your support and for listening..

The laws work this way in Oregon because we all have state issued cards. No cop may claim a forgery.
