I am having a Discogram / Discography on monday what do I expect? What are the after effects? Does your back feel worse? What have you experienced with one?

I didn't have any problems after-wards. You have to lay down and take it easy for a couple of days. You do have someone driving you, correct?

And this test is excellent for diagnosing back problems. Each disc can be viewed fully and proper treatment can be given.

Especially during the holiday season...

I'm not familiar with the procedure. I've had two spinal surgeries, numerous MRI's and other tests, but not that one.

Wishing you a great prognosis that is non-invasive.

I am so glad the chicken and dumplings turned out great what a dinner, and now I have to start fasting that sucks!! I thank you all !!

I love chicken and dumplings my grandmother made the best IMHO. Eat up good then fast and hopefully you will have a fast recovery. Take care

When performing a discogram, a needle is inserted into the disc and a contrast dye is injected. This extra fluid in the disc increases the pressure in the disc. Patients with an injured disc may then experience pain that can mimic the pain they have been experiencing. The intensity of the pain is recorded on a 0-10 scale. Based upon this information, the diagnosis of a particular disc injury can be made. The doctor can then determine what the optimal treatment options are for relief of the underlying pain.

What happens after the procedure?

Patients may be sore for several days after the procedure. Any discomfort can be treated with the local application of ice packs or with a cooling pad on and off for periods of twenty minutes. - This is the tradiotional mode of treatment post-op. I would recommend a nicely packed bowl of organic herb from your local marijuana provider.

Man let me tell ya I do not want to go through another one these!! They did tell me I will be having surgery in the next 2 to 3 weeks!! I am glad my back is fixable though!! I will be back on later gotta go eat!!

Ok since you asked nice,

Any of them work, I like the flaky biscuits the best,
Using a medium saucepan and two to three cans of cream of chicken soup,
or one can with another can of water for a less expensive alternative,.

Next pop open that can of biscuits, you can add them whole or cut in half the way I like,.
once the cream of chicken comes to a boil start adding the biscuits stirring gently over med to low heat just keeping it at a low boil is fine,. stirring every 8-10 min is all you need.

cOOk for 30-40 minutes to an hour to two on lower heat, the longer the better on lowest temp,.

Cut up Chicken breast meat, or shredded chicken meat, another personal favorite can be added at the same time you add the biscuits,.

A little bit of cannabudder don't hurt also,.
Even alot!

This can be done anyway you like it,.
~ it's just been trial and error for my learning curve,.

I have a good recipe for old fashioned Chicken and Dumplings also! I have to tell ya the discography kicked my A**, I got a whopping 3 hours sleep!! I feel like a horse kicked me right in the back!! I still can't medicate either which really sucks!! Very soon I will be able to I hope!! Mean while Norcos and Somas yuk!!

When you have time share the receipe for you chicken and dumplings. If memory is correct I think my grandmother used receipe off bisquick box.

When you are able, comfortable and ready, I would like to know what surgery is planned and if your surgeon is a neuro-surgeon.
