Hello:
Just wondering what some of you do when you start coughing on a consistent basis?

I had that hacking cough from the flu and thought I had gotten rid of it 2 weejs ago.

Then on Friday, 3 days ago, I started hacking again. My throat hurts and is very dry....been gargling with calcium magnesium in very warm water which seems to help a bit...spent 2 hours on google, curezone, and earthclinic.

So, I am going to give up the smoking for awhile and switch over to edibiles and green tea and break out my vaporizer when the hacking stops) . Also looks like I need to get some apple cider vinegar to drink daily and to gargle with....and also get some vicks vapor rub, which they say if you put it on the bottoms of your feet and put on socks before you go to bed, that your coughing will stop immediately....can't wait to try that, as between yesterday and today, I have hacked way tooooo much!

You are on the right track, the only thing that will Kill the cough is giving up smoking for a couple of weeks. Tobacco makes the whole thing worse. For your symptoms just go with regular OTC medications and hot tea.

ooooooh yea, with tobacco, I felt like I was always getting sick. Thankfully, it was only for 3 months so it didn't turn out to be an addiction. Stay away from the brown stuff!!
