I seen a comment in another thread that I have wondered about since I first seen someone smoke a blunt. Now I have never smoked cigs., but i could never grasp the idea of filling/mixing something that gives the body and mind cancer(tobacco), with some thing that relieves,and sometimes heals the body/mind (MMJ). Not to mention mixing what I think tastes/smells HORRIBLE, and has no useful purpose ,with something that I think tastes pretty darn good and has quite a few useful purposes, to say the least.Nothing against smokers but both times I've refused to smoke one, the peeps just looked at me real funny & shrugged like there was something wrong with me.Its like having sweet natural lemonaid made with pure water then pouring tar in it then drinking It.Or Is it just me?

The blunt wraps are way too strong for my lungs so I also pass on them.
No shame having a bad pair of lungs.

I never smoke blunts. i dont see the point when i could smoke the same amount in a bong or pipe and get a much stronger effect.

I am in no way a fan of tobacco in the form of cigs but I must say a natural tobacco leaf wrapper for my herb every once in a while isnt bad. I can totally agree that its not the best thing to do since ur already smoking but I believe in moderation. I hate blunts that are so huge and get nastier as u smoke. Blunts are a rare thing for me I prefer joints if I roll, it's such a much cleaner smoke. Wraps are horrible tho I dont trust them as they have a very weird flavor for me that truly takes away from the herb

wraps are nasty . A swischer sweet plain is better . I have not rolled a blunt in years. If you put real og kush in there you will not even taste the swisher . I dont like em anymore but if someone passed me one id hit it. When in France...

Its a saying.. when in france do as france or when in rome whatever it is. who said france was bad ? I have been to paris and loved it .

Blunts rock, yeah there's tobacco but I use as little of the wrap that I can, plus a swisher taste good with herb in it.

I hardly ever smoke em any more. Once I became medical I quickly saw the irony in it. Plus it usually will ruin the taste of your herb (compared to smoking out of a nice clean bong/pipe). I once was in a club and heard someone (not a young person) working there say something to the effect of "everytime we get a new strain in I always roll it up in a blut to check it out". I thought this was a little funny all things considered.

blunts let you have fun its letting you have the most amount of fun because before it was bad to smoke a blunt and you went from negative to positive.

i LOVE blunts, strawberry swishers are my favorite thing in the worlddd. i know theyre not the best for you but its my favorite thing to smoke at a party or with a group of patients.

there is no denying that a ROOR is the best thing to smoke out of, but something about blunts i just love.

I wish I could smoke blunts ... I can't ... I wasted 8 years of my life on stupid tobacco so now I can't handle smoking "raw."

well i use blunt wraps which are moist tobacco leaves pressed into wraps, i like some of these and they still allow you to taste the weed, i would never put any shredded tobacco in a blunt thou... thats just gross....

i am not a cigarette smoker but i do LOVE blunts...the effects for me are very very calming (and maybe that is because i do not smoke cigarettes)....

I've seen blunts rolled with and without tobacco. Personally, I couldn't smoke one with tobacco. I prefer joints rolled with Zig-Zag "Ultra Thin" papers. I've been smoking a great purple indicia called "Mr. Nice G-13" the last few days and you can taste every nuance. Plus, you're pretty stoned at the end!

PS. Cross culturally speaking, in Amsterdam, and the Netherlands as a whole, the Dutch most frequently smoke their joints with tobacco. There, it is common practice.

There's a way to get the tobacco off and still have a piece to wrap the blunt with. I think you have to dampen it, I honestly can recall the details.

... since I quit smoking decades ago, tobacco makes me sick.
