Many fast food restaurants often have a pricing policy that works only because many customers do not think carefully. What is it?

Full refund if youre not satisfied with your order? or the fact that they charge you more for a combo as opposed to buying everything seperately.

OK, I got it now, they can afford to charge you pennies for burgers and burritos because they don't pay their part-time employees any benefits and minimum wage is lobbied down in congress by the fast-food corps while at the same time trying to bust agricultural unions that grow their food.

Yep! That is one reason I do not do fast food. The other reason is that my heart would stop from all the salt! Has anyone ever looked at sodium content in fast food? SCARY!

WE pay for the cup at the fast food place. Not the soda, cuz the soda machines are always right in front of you, all you need is that cup.

Soda and Coffee are their major dollar,.

I quit drinking soda pop a year ago and it was the best thing I ever did,.
from a health and financial perspective,.

I buy bulk water and refill my own bottles at .35 - .40 cents a gallon,.
not the $1.99 for a quart of cold water,.
it was more expensive than a gallon of gas I complained,.

My money today needs to stretch as far as it can get,.

Well, you saw my "Pet Peeves" thread post - and it's true - I try to avoid driving as much as possible now that I'm retired, because I'm afraid of the possibilities of my own reaction to the stresses of driving! And it's not always that way, I just never know how I'll feel once I'm driving before I go driving. And I got my 2003 black Corvette coupe just sitting in the garage most of the time. But I still love having him, even if I don't drive him much anymore.

But I will eventually make that journey up to Suite 215 to visit you. I hope to time my journey so I can get in behind Kushmeister driving his car riding on 420Trainwreck's ass to make her go faster! That should be good fun to see, and make my driving experience all the merrier! :slaugh:

ps - I did get pre-verified already with Suite 215
