Rep Power: 82 | Soy sucks There is all this stuff about soy being healthy and this and that. I have read many an article about how soy mimics estrogen. Anyone else hear about that? I went back to drinking milk. Almond milk is not bad either. |

Rep Power: 70 | Re: Soy sucks From what I've heard this is an issue with men. But it can actually be good for women. It mimics progesterone. With soy if your a man u should use it cautiously. Also with soy its really important to use organic. |

Rep Power: 831 | Re: Soy sucks Soy is indeed good for ones health (Almond also taste great) just balance it to decrease the production of estrogen. For men to decrease estrogen and increase testosterone is to: lift weights or take natural testosterone booster. I am currently drink lots of soy and hit the gym every day and once in a while i take testosterone booster supplements. Also, personally I don't drink milk because I am lactose intolerent. |
