When I am medicated I love to eat fresh fruit of the season and some good old fashion vanilla ice cream. I mix my fruit in there and yum yum!! Sometime I live to use some carmel topping or chocolate!!

Cottage Cheese with Apple Sauce
I used to eat this when i was a kid. Still do sometimes, because it is a nice healthy snack for the afternoon. Try it if you have not already. Simply throw some cottage cheese in a bowl and pour some apple sauce on top of it. Absolutely delicious i tell ya.
