I just spent a LONG time making this and had to show it off. When turning it out, I thought, why not cut it into measurable slices? Now I can trim off a tablespoon when I need it, and it's clarified too, so it has a much higher smoke point and will last a LOT longer, too!!

I do love that color, no photoshop involved!

Total yield: 1.25 lbs

Green Goddess Budder.

Notice that last pic? That's the wash. If you collected the used water from every bubbler and Roor's in all the dispensaries in the SFV, it still would not be this nasty. Glad the budder is nice and green and clean, not a bitter bit in it! OK I will shut up now!

Try with spaghetti, basil, and garlic! Bet it would make a great substitute for olive oil in pesto!

Rix, no, this was, here's the only pic I have from the last cool down. This was made and turned out freaking great for my 1st batch. Lethal too, but not like THIS effective!! Really hope to see you at the 4.19 Palmdale M&G!!!

Good job...

I seperated mine into 1/2 cup storage containers so I could remove the water/gunk frozen...

I had to add additional butter to my green for baking cookies.

I did try a little green on a roll and couldn't do dinner, so be careful or...

Skin contact absorbtion definately works, your stuff is probably PO-TENT! I always wear disposable gloves when I make budder or big batches of cookies n stuff.

The Christmas before last, I made my annual Christmas Truffles. I was at a friends house Christmas Eve shaping them and forgot the gloves but rolled out 250 or so balls by hand anyway (after eating a whole cookie made earlier in the day, didn't know how strong that batch was). By the end of that I was hearing the powerlines and getting visuals

, passed out, woke up 10 hours later still feeling the same and slept through the whole day.

Your budder is gorgeous! What a great job!

And I had no idea one could experience effects by simply absorbing the stuff through the skin! Good thing, I read this, then. I might have found myself awfully surprised when I tried to make my own budder!

EDIT: Ack! I just noted the distance to Palmdale. I seriously doubt I'll be making it. I'm sorry! : (

And OH YEAH the efx through the skin were such that I was squeezing it out already and I went Unnnh OH $h1+!! I was s'posed to wear gloves here...

And about 10 minutes later I didn't care and EVERYTHING was funny.

I DID put gloves on right away, FWIW. ;)

All in all, a productive & pain free day do have to checkl my samples, right?? Gotta make sure it works for the pain. LOL!
