Did you know that for every ounce of beverage you consume with high fructose corn syrup (it's in nearly all sweet drinks), you need one and one-half ounces of water to just flush the stuff from your body (it clogs you up and then dehydrates you) and then you still need your normal intake of water on top of that?

Trouble is, most water, including many bottled waters, contain fluoride and other chemicals that eat holes in the brain and cause you to become feeble. Then, there's the bio-accumulation of toxins from the plastics used to store the beverages that you drink.

Bad, bad, BAD staple foods being thrust upon Americans. It's like somebody's trying to shorten our precious lives.

agreed.... and since most people don't recycle (which is how i found the bottle) then most of the plastic goes to landfills.

regardless if you drink bottled water, or filtered water, or even straight from the tap (most fluoride and chlorine present) you body still craves it.

so find your favorite water and drink up!!!

Recycling is useless, that study has already been done. It's just a pig with lipstick now.

fluoride and chlorine are killers. highly toxic. It's even bad to shower in it...

Marijuana don't dehydrate you. You get cotton mouth, and you may sweat profusely like I just did cuz when there is a lot of THC in your meds, but...I drank up before medicating to avoid getting dehydrated. A rule of thumb, if you get thirsty, it's too late. You are already dehydrated. You have to drink to not get thirsty, i.e., dehydrated, so, if you run for health and you sweat a lot, you drink lots of water, and so to for weed. If you smoke a lot of potent weed, you need more water. ...just don't forget .

I remember doing a study on bottle water in college and you'd be surprised on all the disgusting stuff we found in Arrowhead. Tap water is actually better than some bottled watter but arrowhead was about 10X dirtier than tap water. If you drink bottled water, choose anything except arrowhead!

In a blind taste study, the majority preferred tap over bottled water and none could tell the difference between tab and bottled water.

And, the plastic used to make bottles for bottled water contains a chemical that produces female hormones in men...man boobs, moodiness, blah blah.

Water is something our body needs alot of, thats for sure. I was surprized to find out
that bottle water was so BAD! A few years ago, I was hopitalized & was having my family bring bottled water- The nurse told me the facts & they arn't pretty! It doesen't matter if it is Arrowhead or the expensive brands- the differece between it & tap, is that you are safer with tap water!! Also, I heard it is really BAD to refill these plastic bottles- something about the plastic being toxic???

Actually, the reason you are not supposed to re-fill the plastic bottles is...if you fill it with tap water, the chemicals in the tap water will react with the chemicals in the plastic to form new, more deadly toxins than what's just in the tap water and just in the plastic.

Soda is okay if it's made with pure cane sugar and no chemical additives. A true ginger ale is quite refreshing and good for your stomach -- just a wee-bit high on the calories, not a daily staple.

I could be wrong but isn't coke that's made in mexico (the glass bottles) made with cane sugar, hence why it taste different?

Yup.

But, you're also getting toxic water and toxic chemicals and caffeine. Still a bad combo. The only use coca cola has...is in it's original state and you need a real pick-me-up.
