| Grow your own (non-magic) mushrooms! This is my new favorite place: http://www.fungiperfecti.com You can get indoor or outdoor kits and they're very easy to use (although some are a little higher maintenance than others). I just harvested a giant shiitake and stir-fried it with olive oil, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and white wine -- need to shop for sesame oil and tamari! -- and ate it with udon noodles. It's nothing like the dried-out mushrooms you get at the market. SO GOOD and very fun for this long-time apartment dweller to grow my own food. I also got a nameko kit which I'm waiting on currently. Enjoy!  (Just to reiterate, they do not sell psilocybins.) |
