LOL First the fast food lecture, now the soda! I quit sodas about three years ago, I now drink mostly water. I encourage all Trackers to break your soda pop addictions and drink healthy! Sodas are FULL of sugar! Put a small piece of meat or other organic material in a glass of soda and watch what happens! The stuff is poison. My wife is addicted to Diet Coke, and she feels hopeless. Watching her is what encouraged me to quit.

I dont really drink sodas either but when I do its BIG RED ...good ole Texas drink...and i like cactus cooler like Miss Purps here...for the biggest and strangest selection of sodas around ...theres a place in Highland Park called GALCOS ON YORK BLVD.....GREAT SPOT!!!

Mostly I drink tea or juice, but when I do drink soda, it's Canada Dry ginger ale with Green Tea. Not often, though.

Soda is my weakness! I love the stuff. I need to break that habit though.

I started to make Sweet Tea like you find in the South. I doubt it's much better, but it sure tastes great!

Now I heard there is about 13 teaspoons of sugar in a 12 oz can of soda. In the sugar free soda I have heard aspertame is closely related chemically to rat poison. Sorry I'm using my phone so no reference links--but after saying all that...I like Coke Zero

It doesn't work! My wife drinks so much Diet Coke she would be dead a million times over if the sweetener was like rat poison. I will make sure she keeps trying!
