Rep Power: 2445 | Favorite SFV restaurant Hey all, I'm actually kind of disappointed in myself having lived in the valley all my life, but know little about good food spots here... Nothing particular comes to mind when I think of going out to eat so I usually just eat at home. Post up some good places to grub at after I medicate with some SFV og Anything that's open past 1 or 2 am would be really cool also. Lets hear your favorite spots in SFV to dine |

Rep Power: 3159 | Re: Favorite SFV restaurant for quick, better than fast food, healthier options, id suggest WABA GRILL on ventura boulevard in the same shopping center as KUSHIYU and the hummus bar and grill (which are also great places to eat). But the lady who owns and runs waba grill is so nice, i come in medicated all the time and she has been nice 100% of the time. she will also give u some samples to try if your a bit iffy on GREAT teriyaki chicken, steak, or salmon. with rice bowls and option of veggies! amazing place to eat! i would always come here after i visited a collective on ventura boulevard in the area |

Rep Power: 0 | Paioli's for Italian on Ventura Blvd. is always good. Kinda like an old piano bar meets Frank Sinatra. They may even have a piano at the place... can't remember (may be due to the great meds I picked up @ Green Magic) check my review. The mediterranean or Lebanese restaurant at Van Nuys Blvd & Ventura Blvd. behind the outdoor magazine stand and the Pizza Place on the corner. Their hummus is extremely creamy. Zanku CHicken has really great shawrma. Chicken or beef is Tops! Their garlic sauce is quite unique. Haven't figured out how it's made. Heard it was potato buds and garlic...don't know. It's their trademark. Let me know if you find out. Taco Mexico is really good on Tampa and Reseda. The Indian restaurant on Topanga Canyon Blvd near Sherman Way and Tommy's Hamburgers is ok. I think they're next door to Michael's Burgers. |

Rep Power: 147808 | Re: Favorite SFV restaurant Casa Vega - Sherman Oaks, great Mexican food (KM knows!), fun hang out - you never have to worry about being too loud here! If I don't get some Casa Vega at least once a month I go into withdrawals... Chili my Soul - Woodland Hills, un-freaking-real chili, revolving menu always has something from mild to spontaneous combustion. Any and every Taco Truck!!!!! And another vote for the Smoke House. There's a small BBQ joint in Burbank close to the studio's on Burbank Blvd, that I love too, but can't remember the name right now for some strange reason....been eating there since college...I just kinda go now you know what I mean? Dr. Hoggly Wogglies - hands down the best BBQ I have ever had, Sepulveda BLVD. up from Roscoe I think....I just drive there, don't really think about how, normally too excited to be eating it....oh, I'm going there tomorrow.... Waaaaay over in another Valley, all in Eagle Rock on Colorado Blvd. Oinkster, one of the best burger joints in LA (Try their homemade ketchup then try to eat Heinz again...) Casa Bianca, phenomenal pizza..maybe the best in LA...everything is made fresh. Spitz (they have a second location in Little Tokyo I think), incredible gyro meat...best sweet potato fry's in existence,...fresh made breads, best gellato in California....try it and tell me I'm wrong....
