So the other day I went into my coop and asked about tinctures (I had been having a nasty cough). The guy gave me a bottle of something he said that they were testing and trying to decide on. Then I realize that it is a apple cider vinegar tincture. Of course I thanked him and accepted the sample, but wasn't surprised to find that taking it straight wasn't too pleasant and I think I could come up with a more creative use for it.

I've been reading online and apparently apple cider vinegar can make a good ingredient for a marinade...If I were to marinade some meat then bbq it would that be too much heat for the thc? maybe slow cook in a crockpot or something? Any other ideas what I can do with this stuff...make some thc pickles maybe?

Come on over & talk to us cooks! Yes, vinegar can be used to treat food by acid and "cook" it, great for sushi and pickling things. Can it be used to treat THC to come out & play? Damn good question. It's water hating and oil loving, we know that. You are in the cooking section. I have a recipe thread going here now. let me know what you think?
