if you never heard of it, and if you don't practice it on a regular basis, perhaps you should give it a try. the first time you do it, you'll end up havin to do some dusting afterwards...

Have you thought about testing that human dander for THC content? Looks like it might light up. That much came off with a brush, or did you use a wood plane? :slaugh:

all kenning aside, if you take me up on the "dander release program" you to will trip on the amount of skin that comes off..!!! the sun comes in the window at sanding time in my bathroom, and it's crazy the amount of dead skin cells released into the air, to settle and become "dust". most people will blame it on their animals as pet dander, "thats why lassie stays outside", bastardes..!!!!

here is an example for those doubting thomas's, i wear a beard because i'm male and it grows, i think that it is supposed to be there, and i dont like to scrape my face with a razor, silly women scrape their legs and underarms, in a vain attempt at..?!? anyhoo, still with me? i have a beard and drive 100+miles a day on the average, and i wear dark colored shirts that would generally end up with dander and beard hair from the drive, on my shirt. not any more...take a good look at the next bearded man you see, and i bet ya he has some dna on his shirt.

you will have your car buffed out, but will you give yourself the same care...?!?

here's a picture of it
i have been dust free for a long time... didja ever notice how clear my skin is? no wrinkles (at MY age that's pretty good!).
exfoliation is a good thing! i like 50 grit Garnet paper for those really rough spots like heels and elbows...

I am not sure about the electric body buffer or having 'prince skin,' although he does have the most georgous (sic?) skin... I have done dry brushing at the spa many times especially associated with lymphatic massage. It really does help (at least in my experiance) with detox and general feeling of health...

ok so i have been kenning ya kennabis - but i do believe in a good exfoliation. it is great for your overall health. your skin is the largest organ of your body and for it to function properly it must be able to "breathe". dead skin cells and dirt prevent that. so ya gotta get the dead cells off somehow... all belt sander jokes aside.

joking is what we do spacey..!!! but i realized i have been responding to threads and not starting my own. when i thought about what to post, i figured i could best add to the community by sharing positive aspects of my life in the "now".

ayurvedic knowledge is ancient and it works. i use my western doctor for blood work, xrays and the like, he also supports and over sees my cannabis use. this guy is trippin out on my process(i will put up a report soon), he's all smiles and full of questions and he thinks i'm on herbal stimulants for energy and hunger suppression..?!? oh yea, god love him..!!! he is internal medicine and he looks to the fda guidelines and blah blah blah....

my intention was a thread that could be funny, while addressing real heath benefits by testimony. i have been recieving pm's with questions, and there are some weedtrackers actually givin it a try, that's what i did after all....

i did not want to get into technigue or types of brush, that is all personal, and will be learned with interest and practice.

i will be posting more of my health journey soon, all done with nature. no pharmacueticals, coal tar based poison has no part in my healing process.
