Radio Shack used to sell a Bio-Feedback device/Lie Detector. It was mainly aimed at kids, but it worked as a basic bio feedback device and it was cheap.

Ive done bio-feedback a few times, it was wonderful. From that I have learned how to quiet my mind and body from breathing deep into my diaphragm. I can achieve a calm state within 2 deep breaths. This opened up the wonderful world of meditation to me and healing too.

Seems kind of pricey for some CDs ($179). Sure they have a demo CD so that they can put you on thier mailing list.

imho its worth every penny....with all the positive things program has to offer i dont understand how it wouldnt be worth it considering how much we've spend on our medication and other things.. really is helping me though....just lookin out for ma fellow WT'rs

If it works for you it's all good, just seems like a lot of money for some CDs. I couldn't justify it for myself, but if you want to burn me a copy
