Among other problems (talked about it breifly in another thread), I also have a knee injury that previously prohibited me from riding a bike, walking up stairs, and standing from a kneeling position. My parents bought me a new bike for christmas, but alas, it's a men's bike with no gears, and is WAY too big for me. Hopefully I can get around to selling it so I can get another and be back on the trails! |

I was on the fence for a while about exercising because my lower back is pretty bad, and the pain the day after I exercise is insane. But thanks to a joint-effort with mj I've been able to push through the pain enough to stretch, which is key. Now I'm biking. |
