PLEASE READ MY STORY: all & especially Diabetics/Gastroparesis/Vagal Nerve/Pain pats.

I am a victim of all of the above.

a 24 year old type 1 Diabetic. Been diabetic since I was 12 years old. never really took care of it. took it for advantage. Didn't understand it's seriousness. I had to start testing my Blood sugar (glucose) levels and do 3 insulin shots a day. now im on the verge of blindness weak teeth and enamel, practically falling out. im 24 haha geeze lets see loss of bowel controls and erectile disfunction. hard for me to talk about. i've never expressed this to friends or loved ones. i have terrible stomach pain as if i had just done 15 rounds with tyson just workin me to the body. i constantly vomit so bad and dry heave uncontrollably until i fall asleep from enough meds which has worked recently or the case before my surgery in Jan08 was the ER room. I hated the ER. the only benefit to the hospital is the meds but im not about to switch the meds for pain and vomiting i went through. on the verge of death and being hospitalized every 3-5 days meant we were towards the end of options. All the meds had been tried and attempted and failed. even those illegal and not approved by the FDA I was seeing specialist Surgeons at USC university hospital. So now here I am, a year later. I cannot work. altho 1 out of 13 doctors thinks i am so i have a lawyer wasting her time, having to sort through, what i'm entitled to from the government. I paid my taxes. if i can't work for health reasons i should be entitled to the benefits created for me instead of offering most of our money for foreigners to exploit our generous government. Otherwise should i roll over and just give up. I'm thinking of ways to start businesses and invest from home but its not easy to make a living when your forced to only a few options in order to do that instead of being able to focus on a talent and exploit that for gain.I have great friends that stop by my place which is currently at home with mom. Great, now back to Jr.-High School days.i usually don't leave my house except once a week to drive 10 mins to my dispensary who i love and are so compassionate to me. they understand my financial situation therefore working out a deal with me to do other things in exchange for meds. i will do minor computer filing work for them or work as their tech guy. i love to help out when i can and they love to help me stay medicated and pain free. Please commment my page for questions or to comment my eperience. i'm not here to whine, but just share what i've been through and i tell promise you that i wouldn't wish it upon most enemies. i can wait to hear feed back from fellow patients. i don't think i left out many details but ask away i need to talk about all this shit

It is a true shame this is allowed to happen in America. You almost have to pull your own teeth to get SSDI. May your attorney be successful.
