Does anyone have any recommendations to help my buddy find relief, it seems he's spending most of his life on the toilet...One of the greatest musicians I've known...Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

i have a bleeding ulcer and what helps me are edibles....sativas....and the aloe vera juice....taste nasty but it helps....

Refined coconut oil. Almond butter. Together they feed the good bacteria in the colon.

Good Probiotics. They keep the appropriate balance of bacteria and yeast that people with colitis get. I like Natren's Trinity. But others are cheaper and just as good.
These all help with "leaky gut syndrome" that causes depression, pain, joint swelling, bloating and a lack of "well being".

As dpla said: Meditation. Any kind of activity that reduces stress.

Small doses of indicas! Not doses that floor you, will help with spacisity that causes diarrhea.

A "must do" for any bowel condition is a test for celiac disease and food allergies. 1 out of 133 people have some form of celiac or are gluten intolerant. Without this quick test, many people are misdiagnosed with IBD's and IBS. It's very important as it can lead to colon cancer if not tested for.
