Lactaid works for IBS..I just picked up some lactaid from the supermarket and let me say this is one kind of milk that wont have ur stomach all going all wierd on you. Give it a try and let me know on some feedbacks. It could be different on different peeps.

Personally, it is not so much my stomach that has the problems it is my gut/colon and I have had to give up totally on all such milk-type products such as Lactaid, soymilk, tigermilk or whatever. But then again, everybody is different and unfortunately alot of this is going to be trial and error for you to find out what you can and can not tolerate. My system has even changed alot over the years so it has been a continuous process for me. I sympathize with you. Luckily for me I've never been a milk lover so it is no big deal to me. What ever you do/try, listen to your body.

Yes! A Huge thanks to the folks at WCC for all their very kind hospitality once again. Thanks again to you Crohnie for all the good info. brought to the meeting, appreciate it. Good to meet a few more of the group's folks, sorry more did not make it and hope that next time the turnout will pick up but I feel it was definitely worth the trip for me based on all the good I got out of the info. I received from last month's meeting so I'm anticipating good things out of the info. from last nite. Thanks Group! Thanks WCC!

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it out last night...but I'm glad to hear that the meeting went well...and very looking forward to the next meeting...suffering from GERD, I always welcome advice as to treatment, as we all know how much of a DAILY struggle it is...look forward to meeting all

Hey guys, anyone have any dates that they would like to suggest for the next meeting? I have plans on the 18th, so that won't work for me. Should we try Sundays again or keep it on Saturdays?
Hope everyone's feeling well, I have been fighting a flare up for the last couple of weeks, I think maybe too much stress. Whatever it is my gut is not too happy.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather speaking of which has been killing my gut, the heat affects me too along with everyhting else in this world it seems at times.

Anyway, back on point, personally I feel Saturdays are better from the standpoint that nobody has to face getting up & going to work on a Monday morning. As far as a date, I'm open, just let me know.

Have been investigating, Listen to Your Gut, if anyone has the book, etc. please bring info. about that to next mtg. as I'm really interested.
