Hello, ASA Members and Allies.

Alleged medical cannabis cultivator Tom Kikuchi will have an important hearing on Tuesday, September 11, to determine whether or not his probation should be revoked following his recent arrest. You may recall that Tom was arrested by Federal Marshals last week when he reported for a routine drug test as required by his bail agreement in a pending state case. The case has now been turned over to the US Attorney for prosecution, so Tom will be unable to use his status as a legal medical cannabis patient and collective member in his defense.

Please come show your support for this brave and compassionate man, who has been denied bail and is waiting in jail right now.

Remember that all persons entering the courthouse are subject to search. Do not bring medicine, rolling papers, pipes, etc.

what a day that was for me and a fellow patient who were given the run around at the fed courts that day by telling us go to the go to the 9th floor, go to the dea head office a few blocks away. thats when we knew they were playing with us and i thought it could of been cause of my norml hemp polo shirt i was wearing combined with the fact we had mentioned the case (didnt know the judge's name) or they were bored and need something to smile about. still alll in all we are thinking of reporting them for that cause they knew that there was a strike going on for the stignographers and no court was being held.
