Many medical marijuana court hearings this week have been changed.

The October 22nd hearing for former medicinal marijuana cultivator
Bryan Epis has been canceled. According to the court calendar, the
motion for bail review has been vacated, and instead the calendar
states, "Order out 10-19-'07".

Medical marijuana defendants Jeff Sanderson and Alice Wiegand's status
conference, originally scheduled for the same day, has been postponed.
Their new date is November 5th, 2007, at 10am, in front of Judge
Damrell, at the Sacramento Federal Courthouse, at 501 I Street, in
Sacramento, California.

On Wendnesday, October 24th, San Francisco medical marijuana activist
Starchild will be facing prostitution charges in Fremont, at 39439
Paseo Padre Parkway, Department 602, on the second floor. The time is
unclear, but state court usually begins at 8:30am. This will be the
readiness conference for his trial. Starchild's jury trial is
scheduled to begin on Monday, October 29th.

On Thursday, October 25th, medical marijuana cultivator Michael
Lombardo may be facing Judge Karlton at 2pm, at the Sacramento Federal
Courthouse, at 501 I Street, in Sacramento, California, for his
arraignment. Michael says the date is subject to change, and at press
time, the court calendar indicated that Judge Karlton had no matters
scheduled on that date.
