that is tight that he was so relaxed. I would though seriously think about telling them a time frame like that next time though. Just cause one was chill does not mean the next will and by you telling them that you just smoked 30 minutes prior you are telling them to go ahead and get you for DUI.

Just did'nt want to basically call him stupid by telling him otherwise cuz I knew that he knew better. That would have prob. have pissed him off and sent him into motion.

I understand what you are saying, I just hate to see a patient get a DUI by being honest. Unfortunately most cops do not care if you are honest, they prefer you to be honest cause that makes their job easier.

I agree with you. I was very suprised things went the way they did and was very fortunate. I have since learned my lesson and I am very carefull about not putting myself or others in that situation again for all the obvious reasons.
