i was charged bout a month ago with poss. of a pipe and small jar of meds...today i got those charges dismissed...so thanks to all who gave advice to me and ASA for their legal help...even in san diego with a little advice and some good legal info. one can get bogus charges dismissed...so far im 2 for 2...the public defender knew right away what was up and she was like gimme a sec and we'll get this dismissed...so thanks to all and have a great fucking day!!!!
