DAVID DAVIDSON HEARING POSTPONED: Medical marijuana grower David Dean
Davidson's hearing, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 11 has
been moved. The new date is Thursday, December 20, 2007, at 9am.
Davidson will be facing Judge England at the Sacramento Federal
Courthouse, 501 I Street in Sacramento, California.

October 12, 2007 - Several defendants from Modesto's now-shuttered
California Healthcare Collective medicinal cannabis dispensary will
be facing Judge O'Neil at 11am, at the Fresno Federal Courthouse, at
2500 Tulare Street, in Fresno, California. The defendants are: Luke
Scarmazzo, Ricardo R. Montes, Jose and Antonio Malagon, Lucky
Boisierre, Monica Valencia, and Brad Heinmiller. Heinmiller is
scheduled for a change of plea, according to the court calendar.

October 12, 2007 Medical marijuana cultivator John Bearden will be
facing Judge Ely at 1:30pm, at the Fairfield Justice Center, at 600
Union Avenue, Department 4, Room 201 in Fairfield, California. His
garden was said to be very small.
