Wagoner 495 Main Street Department 1 Placerville, CA 95667 CLICK HERE FOR A MAP TO THE HEARING Tomorrow, July 6th at 830am, I'm due in the Eldorado County court's dept. 1 w/ Judge Wagoner for "jury selection" in my state trial? In seven days it will be two years since my small ranch was raided and our medical collective was confiscated? Though I have been able to gain 7 to 10 ponds & feel somewhat better than a year ago, all a result of these past six months medical care from my new V.A. doctor, my tension level couldn't be more elevated! And even though I know in my heart I had no involvement in the criminal behavior I'm charged with my body can't seem to calm down w/ all the stress forced my way? Either way I'm standing my ground and ready to fight for my right to medical treatment, freedom, name and all I've accumulated over my almost half a century of life. I don't expect much support at tomorrow's hearing, but am hoping the troops will turn out for the trial (I'd think it would be the following Monday July 9Th w/ jury selection would more than likely tomorrow)? I'm more than ready to get this settled! All of this coupled w/ tribulations regarding my physical issues and the mystery of my future make the simplest life's task difficult and my mountain climb even steeper than before? Any way, I'll be there to face whatever the Gestapo wants to torture me with and will fight with all I have at my disposal!
