Hey, is that a 9mm? That’s nothing compared to this 44 magnum. Hey, you must have been doing 125 to keep up with me, good job. Sorry officer, I didn’t realize my radar detector wasn’t plugged in. I was going to be a cop, but I decided to finish high school instead. What do you mean have I been smoking? You are the trained specialist. Wow, you look just like the guy in the picture on my girlfriends night stand. I thought you had to be in relatively good physical shape to be a police officer. I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes I know there is no other car around, that’s how far they are ahead of me. Is it true that people become cops because they are too dumb to work at McDonalds? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: How to respond to Police when stopped Most people dont listen to their rights... You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be held against you, You have a right to an attorney...Etc Blah Blah Blah.... Well their it is in that first part.. "Anything you say can and will be held or used against you".. It will never, Never, Never,Never,Ever,Ever,Ever,Ever be used to help you... Say nothing..If your are being harassed as a patient cooperate with there request but dont give out any information.. Remember State law allows Medical Marijuana, State officers have no right to enforce Federal Laws!! Remind them of that..The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that State Law trumps Federal Law that is why San Diego is reluctantly giving out the State I.D. card. They are part of this great State and have to listen to what we voted... Read the guidelines for Prop215 their are allot of things most of us miss because we dont read everything..You do have rights and you should stand up for them... I have had my share of run ins with the Man here in my City, I have not been fined, given any tickets and have had all three Narco Cops that saw my Legal garden leave!! With my garden in tack.. They no we as patient are in the right, Some of them are just as confused as the rest of us when it comes to MMJ, Try to follow the letter of the Law to the best of your ability, Because doesn't it come down to interpretation? Yours the Cops (God Forbid your arrested) the Judge ( If you go that far), The Jury.. Sorry they took your things and your girls, The Pricks.. Hope to hear good news from you as you go threw whatever you have to.. There needs to be a Law enforcement education program started... L.E.E.P. Let me know if you want to help create or have ideas about something like this!!! Go Green or we all Die....Peace Thraxz!!! |
