My close friend. was busted last year. for growing in Victorville. he has his dr, note. but had about 35 to 50 plants. all where clones. he gives most off them away to other patients. and. just keeping some for personal use. will last night they came and got him.8 mouths later and are charging him with a failing to sell.
he's in jail now and goes before the judge on Monday.his wife is looking for any info are help. pleas if any one has gone thru this are knows what to do. pleas post something up

Just saw this now...how many scripts did your friend have...obviously was not enough to cover the 30 plants or so. Any new developments considering it is Monday? Wish him the best!

if your buddy had caregiver forms along with the patients recommendations with you showing that he is their caregiver and growing for them, then he should be ok. If he had that many plants and no exemptions on his rec or caregiver forms, then all I can say is he needs to contact a lawyer cause he is acting outside of sb420.

I wish i knew more knowledge on this sad situation but unfortunately i dont my friend! My prayers go out to you - your friend and his family as well as all the good people that had this unfortunate situation!

just get a layer get all the paper work you guys need and just keep your heads up and have faith and you will be all good!

will after picking him up on Friday. they let him go on Saturday. without having to post any bell?
he's getting a lawyer. and has a court date in late august. unfortunately he did not have any caregiver forms.he thought he was helping some people out.just didn't do it the right way. hope all goes will next mouth.I will let you know if any more info comes up. thx for your help and support

unrooted cuttings are not plants per se.I would argue they were not plants,as evidence will probably be discarded or dried up to the point of lacking any visual resemblance to marijuana.
