Rep Power: 366     | got pulled over last night on my way home from work last night got stopped...seen them coming Two cop cars flying up behind me they got next to me and stayed there for 3 blocks put on my signal to turn they slam on there brakes fly behind me and hit the lights.... I stopped the car they came up asked if I had anything I should not I replied no they said do you mind if I look I said yes I do why did you pull me over He said no front licence plate I said so give me my ticket and I will be on my way.... he said I was not cooperating that he was going to call out a DOG!!! So I said I had some MMJ in my poket so he than pulled me out and seareched the car found nothing else but what was in my pocket.... I had some pics of a past grow -op so he made a report of the pics kinda worried about what is going to happen if they are going to follow up on it or if that was the end of it... any input would be Greatly Appreciated... |

This officer used threats to intimidate you and you should not be intimidated in any way as long as you are legal.In addition never ever feel lik ean officer deserves any additional info about you such as place of employment,cell number or any phone number for that matter. Always give the least amount of info as possible. Give them your I.D.,reg and ins info only. If they want more tell the fuckers to get a warrant. The dog thing is a technique used since once you did not give them permission to search that raised a red flag and made them get mad. The underlying point to this is even though they will get mad still stand your ground. If they bring a dog and they find it on you then it is no different then if you hand it over, they can not give you a bigger charge just because you would not comply so make them jump through the hoops instead of them making you jump. | |

Dont sweat that they took your info, They cant and most likely wont be bugging you again (at your home, Or work)! Make them charge you with something if they are going to detain you, Tell them nothing but you wish not to be detained...........They were there using scare tactics and fear against you.. Dont be shy!! You do have rights protected by the State!! Again I cant stress it enough, ""KNOW YOUR RIGHTS"!!!!! |
