Rep Power: 616 | Going to trial for helping others Well even though I have a recommendation and have recommendations from many many patients they still want to press charges. My intent was never to make any profit I just wanted to help others. Jury selection the 19th Trial the 23rd Pomona Courthouse Corner of Garey and Mission 8:30 Am Department F Come see how the system works If your not familiar with my case http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgXebxP1rrU wish me luck Last edited by Xeth; 08-08-2007 at 10:38 AM.. |

Again, best of luck with your case. At least it is a state case and not yet a federal. Medical defense can be used as a defense.

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Going to trial for helping others "High tech pot factory" ?? Thats laughable, cops just dont want to feel like incompetant fucking morons when they accidently stumble onto a large indoor grow... With a good lawyer you should be alright (as long as they dont try to make a federal case out of it). Otherwise, I would take the above adivice and think about costa rica. You should speak to MindFury (hes a WT'er) im sure he can help you out with setting up a new video. Im pre-era world war 2. I can hardly type much less figure out how to create a movie. Best of luck to you. "Blessed are those who hunger for righteousness" KF |

"How you got Busted?" for me.. the problem i dont know, and probally never will. they just show up, not volunteering that information. and if they say anything its only to lie about something, pigs always lie. its standard procedure for them.. |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Going to trial for helping others dont you realize that "things will go easier for you" if cooperate with them...? hahah fucking liars. when they say that they mean it will be easier for them (the police). only easy part for you is to how quick you want to be in that squad car. if ever detained or arrested, use your right to not speak to the police officer. instead wait until he can figure out if he has enough evidence to make a arrest. if he does than wait until you get into holding cell and get a lawyer. just remeber SILENCE IS GOLDEN. you will make the lawyers job much easier if he doesnt have to sift through and argue bullshit police statements with the judge... |

1. control all heat and smell via blowers, a/c, and carbon scrubbers. (*this is the number one problem most beginner growers have which is the major leading factor to grow room busts, mainly heat that is IR'ed or complaint call from noisy neighbors smelling cannabis, which results in IR sweeps*) 2. NEVER TELL ANYONE!!! not your "friends", wife, girlfriend, sister, brother, mom, dad, dog , or even that cloud in the sky that looks at you funny.. (*too many people let their egos take the best of them, just remeber YOU CANT MAKE A CHICKEN SANDWICH UNTIL THE DAMN EGG HATCHES!!!!*) ...but if you just get that urge that you have to show someone your crop, take some pictures of it and wait until it is finished. At least if your bragging about a crop, it will be harvested, and even if police think you may be growing and raid your residence, they will look quite foolish when the biggest siezure is a couple leftover joints in a ashtray... 3. Electricity! If your not careful it will be the first thing to get you red-flagged if your on the grid. However, if you are only doing a small personal grow, this will not apply to you. 1k-3k looks a little suspicious, but for all they know you could be a welder practicing your beads. Think of a hobby or business that you have some knowledge of, hopefully one that uses alot of electricity. Then go to city hall and buy a business permit. They cost about 30-100 dollars depending on what city you live in.. HIGH LEVEL ENERGY CONSUMPTION LOOK MUCH LESS SUSPICIOUS WHEN THE CITY KNOWS YOU ARE RUNNING A HOME BUSINESS AT THE LOCATION... Fortunatly for us, the system is very costly and compared to the $$$ stolen through power tapping, they save much more by not upgrading the grids. Hopefully, I have respected the rules of WT, while at the same time helping some of you procure your own homegrown medicine safetly. Thank you and have a great day! Who are you, Enron? Yeah, just what we need, more people scamming the power grid. Just like we need more people growing "medicine" in wilderness areas...

Just don't need any more illegal activity associated with mmj... Also, it is a BAD idea to grow in the wilderness (from the wilderness' point of view). It's not worth anything we get out of it. Yes, I would pay more to get grows out of the wilderness.

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Going to trial for helping others The problem is that most patients don't have that luxury. That is why at our old shop we used to keep a jar on the table, not for ASA or for NORML, but for patients to donate to other patients. So that those who forunate enough can give, and those who are in the most need and cannot afford it can still get their medicine. Regardless of how much was in the jar, we still gave dire patients the medicine they needed. Alot of it came from out-of-pocket expenses, but it is great that patients have enough heart to give to other patients who do desperatly need it. It is a great feeling to give and recieve and I truly wish it were something more common in this community. KF |

Another jar could go on the counter for donations towards the co-op's legal defense, in case, g-d forbid, they ever needed it.

You know how to get ahold of me if you need to blow off steam or need a friend, okay? Never hesitate to call or get in touch. Ever. You've been there for me and I intend to do the same in turn. Hope I see you tomorrow at the ASA benefit or on Wednesday at the WAMC march! |

I would like to support you, as I am sure many other WT's would as well. However, there are entriely too many details that are missing. If you could please provide further information pertaining to your patients and this being a *true* medicinal grow, im sure many of us would be there to support you. Because I will not go to court to support someone who was breaking the law and not cooperating with the guidelines of P.215
