feel free to respond, and the reason i feel this way is because i went through a dui checkpoint with a buddy and they gave me a forced blood draw even tho i wasn't driving as a fucking passenger. They were like if you dont let us take your blood your license is going to be suspended and i said suspend it and they were like f you mfer we dont give a f what you say, were going take your blood and abuse you cause were in uniform and your just a little fucking prick that were sending to jail because we feel like it.. ya fuck that shit

what city was this in. Something dont sound right, they can not make you administer to a blood test if you are a passenger.

What was their reason for this.

also did they hold you down to take your blood, why did you consent even through all of their threats.

This happened in lovely Fresno, and what got these cops going is because of a slight odor of marijuana coming from the car,which lead to a false accusation of me being on meth and to the forced blood draw without my consent,6 grown men held me down and rough me up so much afterwards there's blood in my mouth and so on... horrible experience... felt like a nightmare... i was going to go with the not guilty plea, but I basically got bullied into taking this six month disposition ... maybe i should have stuck with the not guilty plea, but my attorney said you dont file complaints in criminal court but with the police station or something im not to clear on this part but i guess he does criminal and not police abuse cases I GUESS... it was lovely

Cops are so corrupt and see all citizens as criminals whether we're guilty or not. They feel that the uniform exempts them from having to behave humanly to people whether they've been proven innocent or not.
