This Monday Allison Margolin will argue a motion to dismiss in Tom's case. This is an important step in the process, and if you can come out and support Tom, it would be much appreciated. Current case law makes this is a difficult time for medical cannabis cultivators to prevail in unfriendly courts. Van Nuys judges have not been sympathetic to medical marijuana cultivators in the past.
