Court Support Needed For Bryn Anderson and Paul Shaw

Bryn Anderson and Paul Shaw were placed on probation after a trial court refused to consider any evidence that they were patients or that their grow was a medical cannabis garden. The case which resulted in probation being imposed has now been submitted to the California Supreme Court.

Bryn and Paul were swept up in a dawn raid and are now in jail awaiting a probation revocation hearing. The same judge who refused to consider evidence that they were patients and that their garden was a medical one, will now be deciding whether or not to revoke their probation and send them to state prison.

They helped every person they could as Bryn and Paul's missions are all about compassion. So, the outcome of this particular case will have a profound impact on how courts will rule in future medical marijuana cases.
