I have a van that can seat 5 more if anyone from out in the IE wants to IM me we can set a meet point. I agree KM we all need to pull together on this one and show a huge amount of support!! Charlie really needs as much support from the MMJ community as we can gather. This could be any of us and the current administration needs to see we patients are not happy about how we are being treated by our government. If your not working or you can call in sick...this is an important one! |

The next two days will determine whether or not Obama's campaign promises are in-fact now "American Policy." And, in my case, there's blatant corruption that's clearly evidenced. So, the court, in my case, the court would have to ignore; breach of contract, unlawful assembly, creating a rout, discrimination, obstruction, fraud, defamation, oppression, retaliatory conduct, torture, stalking and harassment, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, great bodily injury, financial ruin, and special circumstances because I have known medical conditions and known disabilities. To move my case forward is either an execution or a sentence to a slow and agonizing death because my health care is precarious, difficult to do and quite expensive and un-doable on the street or in a homeless shelter or in a transient situation! In my case, a mainstream doctor and a HUD contractor perpetrated defamation and then fraud to cause me to lose my HUD family choice voucher, a means of my paying rent. In addition to the crimes committed against me, this is a Bane Act violation, which is a pretty serious charge. The judge would have to ignore a lot in my case and show a complete disregard for every single right and law to protect me in this exact situation, and the problem is so pervasive, there are entire bodies of law written to protect me, so in my case, either the justice or the corruption will be glaring and should be a pretty good gauge of what CL is up against the following day. Our government will either embarrass themselves before humanity and reveal their plan for de-population by trying to sabotage our true and full potential by depriving us of hemp and marijuana, both vital resources to our economy and health, or they will set an example for humanity to follow by enforcing the Compassionate Use Act and then by moving on to starting the mass production of hemp. Once we get the Compassionate Use Act enforced, and hemp production is humming along and the American economy is booming, we'll be able to work towards legalization for all adults. I'll put a post up after my hearing tomorrow! Either these next two days will be two positive days in the evolution of humanity and both our rights will be upheld on the 22nd, 22rd, or we *will* have come full circle from where our fore-fathers were when they left all parts of the world to escape slavery, oppression, and tyranny to live in peace and prosperity, free from oppression, if not we are under no different conditions today than our fore-fathers escaped. This would mean we are back to the basics and will have to constitutionally take away the corrupt power and install non-corrupt power. I'm ready.  I'm an optimist...witch hunts, nazi like oppression, the destruction of America, and the usurpation of constitutionally sound California law and the US Constitution and laws of the land won't be tolerated by the Obama administration, we are good!  ...see you on Thursday CL! |
