It's a little over a month away and that should give us all time to work it into our schedules and create the time if possible. I know not all that would like to support Charlie in person can because of work schedule conflicts or travel distance limitations, medical restrictions or for whatever reason can't. This is why it is more important than ever for those of us that are able to show support for Charlie and Medicinal Cannabis to make the time and join together at the Federal Courthouse June 11! We patient's need to stand up and be more proactive about protecting our rights as MMJ patient's and our collectives right to be our caregiver or our rights to safe access may go away and more compassionate, innocent collective owners may face going to jail for helping sick patients.

We need to impress, with a large attendance this time!
We've all got over a month, to make whatever arrangements necessary, to get the time off, or whatever else we may need to do to be able to show up and support Charlie and the cause!

Is there a collective with a lounge, that might consider opening it's doors to a large group of us, following the sentencing, for a (hopeful) victory party? This might help gain attendance (wish it didn't matter, but unfortunately, it's things like this that help get folks to show).

We need to show in great numbers, to hopefully make an impact,and to let the DOJ know that we're serious, and we're a group that they will not be able to laugh off any longer!

And maybe, just maybe, if the judge is on the fence about anything at all, our presence can help sway him away from the Darkside!

I think that you would be surprised to realize that there where many of us there but yes, you are right every operator should make it a point to be there, hell it could as easily have been you (operator) there and wouldn't you (operator) appreciate people standing up for you?

Our collective is only minutes from the Court house and we always meet (and welcome all) before and after these events. I believe that ADHC does also and they are down town.

I'm gonna make it this time and stop feeling guilty for missing the last two. I had such a cool time supporting, meeting Charlie and all you guys last Oct. and then seeing my picture on the news was really cool.
I wont be able to go the Humbolt 5/30 for 666 so lets all take a moment when we are all together to remember him too.

I will try to get over to Costco beforehand and put together some NON-MEDICATED snacks and water. If it's going to be a long and warm day, we'll be needing the hydration and nutrition to keep us going. If I could drop them off at Just One Voice beforehand, it would be most appreciated. I'll give you folks a call this week.

Also, we are heading up to Eric's memorial at the end of the month. Our vehicle is full; however, there is another thread elsewhere organizing the SoCal caravan. Some are talking about getting a bus. For those of us driving ourselves, we're probably going to leave on Thursday afternoon and stop midway for the night (most likely San Francisco bay area) and then head up to Eureka on Friday. We're taking our pooch so if anyone needs any information on campgrounds or pet friendly accommodations, please let me know.
