I came out to shake Owen's hand before he left the courthouse. He's brave young (handsome) man. God bless him and his family. His mother may still get to testify.

Owen's here with me and he recounted some of the ridiculousness.

I'm appalled at how aggressively the Federal Government is warping the case so that the jury can ONLY see Charles Lynch portrayed as a drug kingpin. I can understand not "discussing" medical marijuana in Federal Court, but that means not deciding whether it is legitimate or not!

What the case should be is whether or not Charles Lynch peddles drugs and is a threat. HE IS NOT! He is a healer....

Absolutely ludicrous
