Rep Power: 7542     | New trail date for Charlie Lynch ,sentencing pushed back to Jan 12.2009 Below is email from Charles i received this morning .... Dear Friend of CCL, On Monday November 17, 2008 at 8am in Los Angeles Federal court Charles C. Lynch will request a retrial before Judge Wu. Supporters are encouraged to attend. Also there is still time to send a letter to Judge Wu asking for leniency in sentencing. Sentencing has been continued until January 12, 2009. For more information visit www.friendsofccl.com.
