FYI,
Received this today.

Hope the postponement happens.

I'm not sure about this statement:
Lynch is expected to appear in court on Thursday for a pre-sentencing hearing.

So I don't know if the above statement means tomorrow or???

I didn't see any updates on his web site, but this is just recent news received today.

Let's hope for the very best for our friend.

San Francisco Chronicle reports Government makes promising statement on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries as the Probation report slanders Lynch and his Dispensary.
Also Today Lynch’s attorneys moved for a motion to postpone sentencing again while Lynch’s attorneys travel to DC to talk to Eric Holder’s people.
The sentencing has not officially been postponed as of yet. Lynch is expected to appear in court on Thursday for a pre-sentencing hearing.

Thanks for posting this, Boomer. I hope that the newly announced Fed AG policy, to only go after those folks who are violating both State AND Federal laws, will be able to be used to to have the Charles Lynch case dismissed, and help many other good MMJ folks too.

HEY. Let's get this together here. I got court myself this week, n' if I gotta go give CL some support, I'm there. Need to know ASAP so I don't waste any time preparing for my case tomorrow!

Not to mention, with the White House joining our ranks, I don't see how they can't drop the charges against CL. ...tomorrow, we should hear good news and have a big ass celebration.

On 420, we should all pitch in and sky-write a thank you note to brotha Obama, we'll know he'll get the message!

Sentencing has now been pushed to April 27th. Wu told the government prosecutor

that he wants a statement from the DoJ. I agree with Wu on this because the

recent 3-18 statement from Holder is very vague and ambiguous. The judge was

smiling the court room was packed the setting was not that bad. Charles's Mother

and Sister stood up and spoke to the Judge it brought me to tears. The Defense

asked for a 4-20 sentencing and the Judge laughingly said no. The judge was made

aware that Ed Rosenthal who was there had only gotten a sentence of a single day

and that he, Wu had the power to do the same.

There is a lot more to it and its no where near over.
