He testified on the stand that if he knew the government was going to prosecute him he would NOT have opened the dispensary (or something to that effect...and hearing him say that I believe him)

Yes, there is a valuable lesson to be learned here. Why did Charles C Lynch catch LEO's attention? Especially since there are hundreds of businesses doing the same thing.

Herby, you've said that Mr. Lynch complied with all laws and regulations. Does this include Sales tax, business property taxes, State and Federal taxes?

Also, where there any publicity stories (newpaper, magz, TV) about Mr Lynch and his business PRIOR to his arrest?

I didnt know about sensitivity letters. Is this something that we can write on his behalf to be submitted to the judge.

Can you post the address that we can mail these too I would like to write something up for Charles.

I'm so glad you asked. The judge has to read every piece of correspondence that comes to him about Charlie's sentencing and this is the man that holds Charlie's life literally in his hands. Check out this thread for more details. I'll get these questions answered right away.
